As a human geneticist, my interests are to find out the underlying differences between people, in health or in illness, individually and ethnically and improve people's health by understanding their genetic predisposition. In order to achieve these goals, I have spent some time to develop new DNA testing technologies which can also be used for other research and applications such as paternity testing, forensics, genetic disorder diagnostics, and population genetic studies. Because I believe that advances in technology not only improve efficiency greatly, but also create new ideals and opportunities.

Qualification

Trained as a geneticist for over 15 years and specialized in human DNA variation and mutation detection for over 7 years, I have invented three technologies to detect variation and mutation at DNA level, and have several academic publications in highly respected professional journals.
